WHAT TO DO
Start by closing your eyes and imagining a circle being drawn around your entire body. When you are ready, use your finger to start delicately tracing small circles on your body. You can start at your head and work your way to your feet, or vice versa. Trace big and little circles, varying the pressure and experimenting with what feels the best in each location.
Work your way to your genitals, and then focus the circling around your most sensitive and sensuous bits. Try to keep the pace as slow as you can for as long as you can.
