Sexual Wellness is a lifelong journey that benefits from continual exploration and development.
Whether you want to explore your own ideas about sexuality or enhance your overall understanding of sex, Bibliosexa offers the opportunity to grow your knowledge about sex and sexuality.
Each month we will read a different non-fiction book around the topic of modern sexuality. We will then meet-up to connect and engage in lively discussion and analysis about the featured book.
The book for October is The Body Keeps The Score: Brain, Mind and Body in the Healing of Trauma by Bessel van der Kolk, M.D.
Bibliosexa will meet on Thursday, 7th October at 7 pm online. We will have a zoom session on Thursday, 2nd September at 7 pm.
Please sign up to register your interest in either session.
Fees are $10 per month, plus the cost of the book.
