Stopped working n a few minutes. Cant turn on even when fully charged.

My wife and I initially loved this but on the second use it just stoped despite being fully changed. Now we cannot turn it on at all. Its dead. Have contacted Michelle at Passionfruit direct but so far have not heard back. Very disappointing
