Returns
All toys have a one year warranty. Faulty items will be replaced, refunded or credited. Please get in touch for instructions and send all returns to:

With charger, description of issue, return address and contact details. A replacement will be organised.
Returns due to customers changing their minds can be exchanged or store credit given as long as the item is in the same condition, unused and/or unworn with tags on, box sealed and receipt shown. We do not offer refunds.

What will my parcel look like?
Your order will be delivered in plain packaging via Australia Post, signed from "414 Brunswick St Fitzroy". The package does not feature the Passionfruit brand or images. Rest assured it will be discreet...
... and always gift wrapped.
What happens if I'm not home?
Whilst we do the best we can to ensure safe and secure delivery of parcels, once a parcel is accepted by Australia Post delivery of the item is out of our control. Should your parcel not be delivered to the address you entered for shipping, and it is not at your local post office for collection, please get in touch with us for a tracking/parcel number. This number can be used when you lodge a query with Australia Post.
Parcels that have been delivered but not received are no longer the responsibility of Passionfruit.

If your parcel is returned to us
If you haven't collected your parcel or have provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address and the parcel is returned to us, we can send it back to you at your expense. Alternatively, the package can be collected from the store.
Do your products come with batteries?
Some manufacturers include batteries with their product, however where they do not, Passionfruit are not able to supply batteries as it is not allowed through Australia Post.
