Book a 60-minute somatic intimacy and relationship coaching session with a qualified somatic practitioner
WHAT
A private 60-minute somatic intimacy and relationship coaching session with Tory, our in-house somatic practitioner.
Somatic intimacy and relationship coaching is a body-based, experiential approach that helps you reconnect—with yourself and the people you care about. Sessions are available for individuals, offering a space to explore intimacy, trust, boundaries, and emotional depth in a grounded, embodied way.
Together, we use real-time practices like breath, conscious touch, and supported communication to help you feel safer, closer, and more present in your relationships.
If you’ve felt stuck, disconnected, or like talk therapy hasn’t quite hit the mark, this approach may be a good fit for you.
Tory can assist with topics like identity, sexuality, intimacy, relationships, desire, grief, anxiety, stress, dating, communication and boundaries.
Would you like a free 15-minute consultation call to see if this feels like a good fit for you? Please reach out via email somaticconnect@gmail.com to arrange.

WHY
Most of us were never shown how to regulate or process emotions, cope with stress in healthy ways, navigate relationships, or move through grief and loss. We’re often left trying to figure it out alone, while feeling disconnected from ourselves.
This practice gives space to learn vital skills to increase emotional awareness, resolve conflict, deepen intimacy and pleasure. Using (somatic) body-based tools to help you feel safer, closer, more present and connected.
Somatic practice offers a different way. Instead of only talking about your experiences, we slow down and notice what is happening inside your body in the moment. Through gentle, guided practices you begin to:
- feel emotions rather than suppress them
- discover new ways of relating and connecting
- build resilience, presence, and self–trust
- help you feel safer, closer, and more present in your relationships
This work helps shift you out of old cycles and back into a fuller, more grounded experience of yourself – where change doesn’t just stay in the head, but lives in the body.

Tory continues to engage in professional development and monthly supervision, ensuring their work remains grounded, ethical, and responsive. Outside of the therapy room, they enjoy spending time in nature, gardening, and cultivating curiosity through ongoing learning.
At the heart of their work is a simple intention – to guide people back into connection with themselves, with life, and with the experiences that bring depth and meaning.
