A discreet 15-minute session with an in-store expert, where you'll access reputable information, advice and recommendations on a range of different products and topics within the world of sex, pleasure and sensuality.
Please note: While we aim to provide pleasure informed recommendations, this does not count as medical or psychological advice. If further medical or psychological advice is required, we recommend speaking to a GP or medical professional.

Our one-on-one consultations are conducted in-person at our bricks-and-mortar store: Passionfruit the Sensuality Shop, 414 Brunswick St, Fitzroy, VIC 3065.

Bookings are subject to availability during opening hours (11am - 7pm) Monday to Sunday, excluding public holidays.

WHO
Consultations are available to individuals (and carers), couples or groups over the age of 18-years old. Please bring a valid form of identification to your consultation.
Our in-store staff are experienced within the fields of sexology, gender studies, lubricant and even lingerie. From customers to healthcare workers, educators and sex workers, our consultations are designed to provide greater access to high-quality information and advice, regardless of status, ability, experience, gender or sexuality.
COST
Our 15-minute private consultations are FREE. For longer discussions, we recommend booking a 60-min Private Consultation (which attracts a fee).

HOW
This service is conducted in-person at Passionfruit the Sensuality Shop, in either the downstairs or upstairs workshop space. Please include any access requirements in your booking details/notes so that we can best support and prioritise any access needs.
WHY
Some conversations can feel intimidating, taboo, or plain off-limits. We're creating a space where customers can access discreet discussions about intimate personal or medical-related issues, referrals, recommendations, recovery and rehabilitation with a dedicated staff member.
As an advocate for and active member of the sex and sensuality community, Passionfruit works closely with health professionals and groups around Australia to provide information and training that’s inclusive, approachable and aligned with allied services.
DETAILS
Online bookings can be made within 48-hours of the appointment time. While bookings are free, we ask that cancellations are made at least 24-hours in advance.
When booking, please use the 'Additional Information' field to include anything we need to know ahead of your appointment. For example: If you have any particular access needs, experience a particular medical condition, require COVID-19 safer practices to be applied, are bringing a service animal, etc.
