1. You’ve become such a role model for body positivity. What can a person do, or not do, to feel better about their body?

Put things into perspective. I think we’ve often become trained to notice the “ideal” bodies. In reality bodies come in all shapes and sizes, follow positive role models for yourself and take into account just the vastness of shapes and sizes that everyone around you comes in.

2. What's your go-to for comfort and relaxation? Friends? Chocolate? Shopping? Netflix?

Baths and nice meals!

3. Many of us are obsessed with your social media account. Who's your obsession?

Ooh my current obsession is Covergirl model Maye Musk. She's 70, she's fabulous, and she makes me feel fabulous just looking at her!

4. What are your favourite lingerie styles?

The skimpier the better! I do like strappy lingerie and lingerie that is a bit quirky and different too.
